Never Used for Training
Your documents are processed by AI to answer your leads’ questions — and nothing else. Our AI providers contractually guarantee your data is never used to train models.
Encrypted & Isolated
Every document is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Your email credentials get a second layer of application-level encryption. Your data is partitioned by account — no other builder can ever access it.
Delete Means Gone
When you delete a document, it’s permanently removed from our database, storage, and search index within seconds. No shadow copies. No recycle bin.

Documents are encrypted in transit and stored in a private, access-controlled bucket that only your account can reach.

Content is extracted, chunked, and converted to search vectors. The AI reads your documents to understand your business — it never memorizes or retains them.

Your data is stored in a SOC 2 Type II audited, HIPAA-eligible database platform — the same class of infrastructure trusted by healthcare and financial services.
AES-256 Encryption
All data encrypted at rest and in transit. Your email connection credentials are encrypted a second time at the application layer (AES-256-GCM) — even a database breach would not expose them.
Row-Level Security
Every database query is scoped to your builder account. Your competitor on Niiio cannot access your data — it’s architecturally impossible, not just a policy.
7-Day Log Retention
Our AI provider retains API logs for 7 days for safety monitoring, then permanently deletes them. We do not maintain copies.
Private File Storage
Uploaded documents and images are stored in private, access-controlled buckets scoped to your account. No shared folders, no public URLs.
Zero Training
Contractually guaranteed: our AI providers do not use your data to train models. Your pricing, floor plans, and specs exist only to serve your leads.
